This Deltic 'Mayfly' (petrol-hydrostatic) was built c1983 and was purchased by the Chingford MES were it remains today. It did visit Swanley NBR in 2000 for the weekend. Some bright spark painted it in Regional Railways livery and gave it the number 37406, Oh Dear..............

The loco stands in it's shed at Chingford. Oct 2007.
